To secure your notary appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. Your appointment will not be scheduled until the deposit is received.

🔁 Need to reschedule? You may reschedule once with 24+ hours' notice—your deposit will carry over.
🚫 No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit their deposit.

You’ll need a valid government-issued ID, a stable internet connection, and access to a device with a camera and microphone.
Yes! Remote online notarizations are legally valid and recognized in most U.S. states, including Texas.
To secure your appointment slot, a $25 deposit fee is required via digital payment. We take Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay(upon request). Please see the Services section. The deposit fee will be subtracted from the total of your services.
Yes—as long as I’m commissioned in my state, I can notarize for anyone located in the U.S. during the session.
Most appointments can be scheduled within 24–48 hours, or even same-day depending on availability.

To secure your appointment time slot, a $25 deposit fee is required. You’ll receive an appointment confirmation upon receipt of your payment. Please have your documents uploaded and valid identification ready at the scheduled time.
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting the $25 deposit fee.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled with a new $25 deposit fee and full payment.
Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance and service unavailability.
